Had an issue with a broken wing mirror needed a new mirror fixing to the vehicle, as well as the cover being sanded and sprayed. When I approached Maidstone car bodyshop for thier help, all staff I had the pleasure of interacting with were very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and welcoming. They even helped source the parts I needed. Repair to the mirror was completed in a matter of hours, and to a high standard. If I ever need any bodywork doing again I will definitely go back! I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while. I’ve been involved in a road traffic collision and searched for a place, I found Maidstone car bodyshop online and paid them a visit as well as many other body shop businesses. I was greeted by ‘J’.(not sure i should mention their name, so best not) What a lovely person she is, she quickly got ‘M’ to come and help me with my questions and he’s done a quick assessment on my Black VW. He came out the office with his equipment on hand and told me straight away after his assessment what should be done to bring my car back to factory spec. Loads of knowledge, not faffing about and straight to the point, answered every question I had patiently with a clear explanation. Not only that, they are very nice and genuine people to talk to as well. I really felt I knew them a while. They took care of all the insurance comms and arranged everything, taking pictures of the damage, filling in the appropriate documents and arranging insurance inspection. Once all was done I’ve got a call from ‘J’ saying when to bring my car around. She allowed me a courtesy car and that was it, no hassle, messaged me regularly with updates so I felt I was kept in the loop with everything, even sent videos of the work progress. Few days later ‘J’ texted me saying my baby was ready, when I came it to collect ‘J’ and ‘M’ we’re both there. ‘M’ and his staff member were giving my car a nice dry. The work they’ve done was just fantastic. The paint job is flawless. Just brilliant. I had never been in car accident and never needed to use a body shop before, my experience was fantastic and I highly recommend going to MAIDSTONE CAR BODYSHOP and speaking to ‘J’ & ‘M’ before going anywhere else. I highly recommend this couple and their service. We are new to this country and some one just smashed our car when it was parked. We had no idea about how to claim insurance and stuff but we found this shop on google. Mark and Jayne helped us from scratch , right from claiming insurance, checking mot, following up with the insurance company, made sure light was fixed before mot,and provided curtesy auto car as well. Really happy with the work and service i received from all the team. Jayne was really friendly and helpful and explained the whole process, she dealt with the insurance claim after an accident I had. My car looks shiny and new again. I was given a courtesy car for the week it was in and this was much appreciated with two children to ferry about. Can’t recommend Mark & Jaynes services enough! Brilliant job done on my car looks like it’s straight off the forecourt, repairs and paint work I knew would be good but not to level where it looks brand new. Very efficient and quick. Outstanding with communication and took on all the responsibilities with insurance so I could focus on my job. Mark and Jayne both took the time to explain things which I also didn’t have any idea about being the first time my car was hit.
