Myself and my partner with her kids checked out the place a week ago and even tho we only went in to look around to see the fish etc was truly amazing experience for the kids, with the touch of paying £1 for a small pot of food to feed the koi carp was amazing. We will return for sure with the kids again because they utterly had a great time there. When I was walking around the shop, it was very clean smelling and visually plus when seeing the staff working for their customers they seemed very friendly & happy to help when called upon. Great job all round and will be returning to see the fishes soon.

Often visited here since moving to the area and found the staff to be really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations and suggestions on how to combat things. The good thing is unlike other places that don't know the true amount of fish which are suited for a tank these guys have given a honest opinion and trialling it has shown it works.
