    This sunday We went to buy few fish for our fish tank and the one gentleman who works there (tall guy with gold tooth) he was chatting to his 2 friends for ages when I asked nicely we would like to buy a fish he replied very rudely and said his serving and to go out the desk thats how it works and continued like I had done something wrong. My partner wasn't happy and said let's go so we left and brought fish elsewhere. He was awful and shamed us just for wanting to buy a fish n interrupting a personal long convo he was having! Never again sadly

    During our visit we were looking for some larger sized clown loaches to go in with our older ones we have already. We decided to visit the Worcester Maidenhead as our local one only had a variety of small ones. We were a little disappointed by this store although it was still ok and staff were friendly a lot of the fish here didn’t quite seem as healthy and happy as the ones at our local and a lot looked quite uncomfortable. This could have just been our timing maybe they had all been cleaned out recently and were a little spooked but it definitely turned us off buying any fish from here on this occasion unfortunately.
