Have been at this store, they had a nice torch coral and a bubble coral; Then I decide to buy it, they said that I can have it but they couldn’t let it go because has to stay on quarantine as was fresh arrival. What is fine, then I RESERVE IT, then I never received a call / email / txt from them for a week, today i manage to speak with them on the phone and they just decide to sell it to someone else, take off the reserve, never informe me to collect or anything and just gave me back a sorry. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I did have manage my aquarium to receive the piece, put some ecões and trust on them word and the simply sell to someone else maybe because they considere better costume ? Or them money are more valuable than mine ? Don’t know, just really, really disappointed.

Avoid buying any carp from here brought 3 koi fry as I moved my big carp from my tank to my pond which are all doing fine within a week to 2 weeks my whole tank was wiped out by disease every koi died some was junior sized koi iv had for a little over a year had no problems until I added these new fish i suppose I should've quarantined them first but trusted the store had a good idea about fish keeping as result will never buy a fish from any of there stores again not happy tbh
