    I called up about snails and was told they had been in 2 days and they can sell them without guarantee and they typically lose 50 out of the 100 they get in which I accepted but then after almost an hour drive up I was told I can't have them due to them not being quarantined long enough WHY TELL ME I CAN HAVE THEM ON THE PHONE... I wouldn't have been expecting a guarantee I know how aquatic shops work I work in one
