Visited on a very busy Sunday lunchtime, lots of customers in the store and only 3 members of staff on duty. All three deserve a medal for their brilliant customer service, they were in great demand and never let it show that they were working under such pressure. Our visit was to purchase a pond pump and after being a novice at this requested some assistance, the young lady who helped couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly and after we had bombarded her with millions of questions she advised that the store manager was the expert and he took over our queries. Once again, he went above & beyond in helping us and making sure we purchased just what we needed.The third member of staff was a young lad, new to the job and was perfect in making sure other customers were acknowledged whilst waiting. All three deserve a mention and I hope the Top Management at Maidenhead Aquatics appreciate what an asset these three staff are to their company. Deserve a £bonus without a doubt !
