The knowledge and advice of the staff saved one of my koi from a fungal infection and the others from getting it. Now the affected fish is back to full health after five days of treatment, he can see and feed again and is growing back his fins. The key to getting the correct advice for treatment was showing the staff photos of my affected fish. Thank you so much Chichester branch 🙏🏼

Absolutely disgusting place. The girl who told us to get a fish with no advice ended up killing all the fish in our tank so we took him back like she told us to but they would not do anything about the fish he killed... Avoid at all cost. Disgusting members of staff...

Friendly staff, always helpful and willing ti give advice, in a entusiastic manner. Bith the two jolly guys and the young lady at the till. I am a loyal customer and so6ent lots of money there and will continue to do so. Always great quality fish (bought bashirs, fire eel, arowana etc. I swapped a gorgeous catfish hybrid which i loved but as i didn't do my homework well soon realise he would have eaten everything around him, they kindly allowed so, which i understand it would not be usual practice. Glad they understood the genuine one off issue and didn't leave me out of pocket on that. Will continue to do business with them.
