    Went there yesterday to pick up some dechlorinator for my pond they had some young koi not the best grade average in my opinion there was one with just one eye and I asked if this could be purchased with a discount making a joke that I would call it one eyed willy. Was told by the assistant no they have strict instructions not to sell the ones in the indoor section at this point he said we have a goldfish outside with no eyes called Stevie wonder have a look at that also a young female assistant chirped up saying do you know how much they cost to import it costs the company loads to do this and she said there's some outside for £40 have a look at those all this for a one eyed fish never mind wont visit again

    Great place! Staff are excellent and passionate about this industry. Screw the negative reviews here, keeping fish is a big undertaking of care and attention and not an easy thing to do and certainly not for casual novelty pet keepers IMHO. Big shout out to Kirsty and Dan who are always on hand for advice but more importantly very sociable and interactive which is the key to retail success and customers returning A+++
