We have had fish from here over the past few years with varying success. Guppies all died within a few weeks despite the water being tested. Last weekend we bought some and all but one died within a day - I explained what fish we had in the tank and they tested the water. When I called to explain what had happened I was advised that they may have been sucked into the filter, but this information was not provided when I bought the fish.

This well-maintained store boasts friendly and knowledgeable staff who consistently demonstrate excellent customer service skills. One aspect we particularly appreciated was the genuine interest the staff showed in our hobbies. They would often inquire about the progress of our tanks and offer valuable insights based on their experience. The tanks at the store were always in excellent condition, and if any issues arose, the staff were quick to address and rectify them. The customer service at Maidenhead Aquatics Brighton Marina is second to none. The staff members are always willing to spend time answering questions and providing guidance to aquarists of all levels. Although the shop mainly stocks tropical fish and pond supplies, their selection is diverse and well-curated. Our only critique of this shop is its location, which lacks immediately accessible parking for loading large tanks.
