Very good service, with prepared and helpful staff! I had my wisdom tooth removed by Pedro and he was very good and the removal went super well. I also did a hygienist session with Hula that did a great job and were very kind, making sure to explain every treatment with details and patience.

My 12 years old son has been seeing Ines for check ups for 3 years+. He is now under an orthodontic treatment in order ro make sure his jaws and teeth align well. Ines has always made sure he would feel safe and happy, she is a lot of fun around him whilst providing very serious care and results are starting to show.Would definitely recommend her!

I had a conversation with Dr Pedro regarding the situation described below and we came to an understanding. I appreciate the feedback and the dental treatment I had in the Clinic. ______________________ Be careful if you have Cigna 4 insurance. I had my first appointment with Dr Claudia Lorenzo 11/02/2023. I said about my insurance level while making the appointment, before appointment, during appointment, and after it to make sure that I would be refunded. Dr Claudia and the front office manager confirmed that I had full coverage, and I would need only invoice to make a claim. Than I had problems with Cigna and it turned out that the Dr Claudia had charged me with the wrong price (considerably higher than it should be). I also needed a special claim form, but the other manager at the Clinic provided me with that. As to the wrongful price they refused to return me money. Moreover they said that I had not told them wheather I had the insurance (which is a straightforward lie). I asked them to give me contacts of higher management, but it was to no avail. I had no problems with Dr Pedro and Dr Hula. But I can not bear when the management lie to me and try to shift their blame on me.

I have been seeing Dr Ines every 15 days for a year now as she was taking care of my braces. Besides being a spectacular professional, she is nice, caring and lots of fun. Now my teeth are perfect, but I cannot tell how I miss seeing her regularly. :) I highly recommend Dr Ines and her team for whoever wants to have a beautiful smile and a fun and very knowledgeable dentist.

I've been receiving orthodontic treatment for about a year now with Dr. Ines and she's a wonderful mixture of highly skilled and professional, very thorough, and gentle in her approach. She is also super personable and I always look forward to my monthly appointments with her. She's made such a big improvement to my teeth and I'm very happy with my treatment so far -- I highly recommend Dr. Ines. I've also had other treatments with Maida Smiles and always had a great experience, especially with my wisdom teeth removal (by Dr. Pedro) that went very smoothly without any issues. The team's treatment coordinator/dentist nurse Cinthia is also always super kind and helpful if you have any questions or want to understand treatments.
