The staff make you feel very uncomfortable and rather than it being their pleasure to serve you, it is as if you have to prove to them that you deserve to be there. Rude staff really let the establishment down (especially the door-girl), myself and my friends will not be going again and we are regulars in the area. If i could give no stars I would. Avoid at all costs!

The service is terrible I don’t not recommend doing any form of event here which involves 15 plus people the staff just can’t handle it. The food took a long time to come and when it did come a lot of the orders was wrong. I won’t be going back and the staff need customer service training. #TooRude The best part of the whole Mahiki experience was the security guards outside, their customer service was great.
