I must say, from all the agencies that I have dealt with in the past these guys are the biggest cowboys. Let me begin, so we met up on their office in London and had a consultation by which we agreed to carry out a prototype of our app. Now at that time we were students, and we made them very aware of that. So the project began, the team which they hire in Ukraine were completely incompetent. James Watkins, who was the project manager for us, completely deceived us and lied to us multiple times, the team in Ukraine kept getting changed due to uncontrollable reasons which meant we had to keep starting again from scratch with much time wasted and nothing being delivered. Once they had “completed” the project, we received a non working, prototype which could’ve been developed by a 5 year old. They completely robbed us and stopped responding to us after that moment. We were students 5k down on a product which didn’t even work and was non looking back at it, a 1 hour job. AVOID this agency at all costs, as they infested with liars and incompetent cowboys.
