    I went to Magnum News this morning to drop a return via Collect + on my way to work. When I arrived and very politely asked to drop it the person there very rudely told me that they were not taking any parcels. There was no indication of this on the website and when I tried to explain my situation (i.e. that I was on my way to work and had to take the tube etc) they just made me feel like a nuisance and gave me one of the worst experience I have ever had in a shop.

    Lovely well stocked newsagent and staff very helpful. Package drop off can be problematic with refusals now to take FedEx for security issues and other operators if they lack space.

    The entrance is on Thayer next to the Health Spa place. They have milk, yay! They also have magazines, greeting cards, all sorts of beverages, some tools and electrics. Nice people. Good service.
