The door is great, we love it. But the customer support is none existence, they do not call back failed to repair the issue, they don't turn up on the date and time they have arranged Honestly, people stay away from these guys, there are better companies out there. Do your homework. My front door has looked unfinished now for for 7 months, families, neighbours & friends all have said we will stay away from this company and spread the word amongst their own communities.

We purchased a door from Magnificent Security in 2019. Our door has since become unlockable. You have ignored NUMEROUS calls and emails requesting a service team to come and attend. I am appalled at the lack of communication and complete disregard for your customers. The warranty we were sold along is clearly worthless as you have washed your hands of us now that you have taken our money.

There had been a number of break-ins to our an office premesis so we had a security door made and fitted by Magnificent security doors and they matched the existing door, looked fantastic. Unfortunately within a week there was another attempted break-in though this time they didn't get in, there was considerable damage. However they were able to reporduce the panels and carry out the repairs in less then a week. I must say the fitters were fantastic on both occations very professional, friendly and tidy. I also had the privilege of going round their factory in Luton and it was really impressive to see how the doors are made. Highly recommended both as product and service.

I am extremely pleased with my new front door from Shield Front Doors. At the initial appointment Adomas Saltenas, came to the property and patiently explained the pros and cons of all the options and different types of security classes. The door was manufactured in 2 weeks and installed expertly with minimum fuss within 3 hours. Seems extremely well made and strong. The installers were very tidy and cleaned up before they left. Really pleased with the entire process from initial quote, to order and installation and would especially like to thank Adomas for his input in coordinating this perfectly.
