I bought 8 boxes of spicy veggie burger from them, when I took it back to the shop they were all smashed ans stuck to each other like pizza dough as u can see in the photos when I went back the week after to change them I was told that they can't take it back as it comes like that and I should through them in the bin.

Send me a box of fries which had been eaten/chewed into by a Rat/Mouse… offered no explanation or apology just 10% off the next bill. Laughable. Extremely rude customer service in particular Shumail she is a clueless, classless person who should not be working with customers. Extremely unreliable company they will miss deliveries and not inform you or apologies instead send abusive messages to their customers saying it’s not their problem.

Worst customer service experience to date. I asked their operative on the phone for an item, when I got there the lady denied there was any order put through and refused for me to order. She hastily said that she needed to “cash out the tills” dismissive of my presence. She was very unhelpful and rude. Would definitely not recommend.
