Yes, we do require a deposit to secure your reservation. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the package you choose. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. I cannot praise & recommend this company enough!!! We hired Magical Times for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing!! They were recommended to us via our wedding reception venue saying "They aren't the cheapest but they are certainly the best we've ever found" and I cannot agree more! Worth every single penny! Everything from communication via email and phone about what we wanted & the lovely friendly staff to the amount of AMAZING props they had for the photos!! Almost everyone commented that they'd not seen a photo booth with so many props! To top it off we had a beautiful photo book with all the photos taken which guests signed as well. Such a beautiful keepsake! Thank you for making our wedding extra special 🖤

We used magical times photo booth for our wedding, they was fantastic, a whole load of props, was professionally ran, even my hubby who didn't want one in the first place said how brilliant it was, think everyone used it, most more then once. Photo book and keyring where awesome, all in all a fantastic experience.

We hired Magical Times for our wedding two years ago and they were amazing!!!! This year we had a family wedding which was at very short notice. We contacted Magical Times to see if they were available and they could not have done more for us. From being incredibly flexible (as details were changing a lot) to adding little extras to make the experience even more memorable and special. Communication was fantastic and nothing before or on the day was ever too much. The range of props that they have for the booth is amazing. A collection of unique, funny, sparkly and gorgeous masks, wands, hats and the list goes on! It is all set up beautifully. The props are all so fantastic, you are completely spoilt for choice! Staff are warm, friendly and super helpful. If you want a booth for your wedding then we couldn't/wouldn't recommend anyone other than Magical Times and we will definitely use them again for other occasions. Thank you Magical Times so much for making both of these wedding photo booths such an amazing and special experience for us and our family and friends. X x x

We hired Magical Times Photo Booth for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed using the booth. The selection of props was amazing and they even personalised the green screen (background) to fit our colour scheme. The two ladies who were supervising were extremely patient as our guests were very excited and eager to use the photo booth! I couldn't recommend Magical Times Photo Booth enough. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations, it really made the evening complete.

I cant say enough how amazing Debbie and Dawns Magical Times Photo Booth was! Everyone had the most fantastic time, and the props were fabulous!! There were so many too choose from! All of our guests said it was 100% the best photobooth they have had! The pictures were so crystal clear! Debbie and Dawn were wonderful too, now matter how rowdy our guests were, they were fantastically friendly and warm and just had a good laugh with everyone! Where do I start?!... Yesterday Debra & Dawn provided what I thought was a fairy princess themed photo booth. I had told them a few weeks ago we were having a Moana party for our daughter's 1st birthday, so if they had any props that would be great. When they asked me to preview the booth, little did I know they had actually gone & designed the WHOLE theme to Moana! People who know me know it's hard to make me speechless, but I truly was! I cried! Thinking they had already done an amazing job, they then went & surprised us with a plaque, badge & hand held mirror! I would highly recommend Magical Times Photo Booths. They were absolutely incredible! Very friendly, accommodating & just superb! Thank you so so much for making Amelia's 1st Birthday so special & one we will treasure forever.

We used 'Magical Times' for our wedding renewal ,as we wanted something unique ,fun and personalised for our special event. Debbie and Dawn done all they could and more to make the day as memorable as they could. I hadnt used a booth before , but was told by other guests who had that this was the best one they had seen for quality and selection of props and personalised photos that everyone was able to take home. All the guests that came had such a giggle trying on different props and posing. It was lovely to see everyone joining in, young and old ,its a great way to break the ice. A must for any event. I would absolutely recommend Magical Times photo booth and certainly them again for my next party .thanks again ladies xxxx
