  First time in a motorhome, so have nothing to compare to but I can't praise Magical Motorhome highly enough. The vehicle is a very modern, low mileage motorhome presented immaculately. From initial enquiry, through the booking process and onto collection was seamless, transparent and professional whilst remaining very personal and pleasant. Luke and Rachel were on hand from the start to answer any questions or concerns which was great. We collected the motorhome having watched the very helpful handover videos previously and it was a great half hour or so. Luke ensured we were happy with the operation of all the functions and was thorough in making sure we were happy with everything. Having done 1250 in 10 days, we couldn't think of anything more we could have wanted in the vehicle. Literally everything has been thought of, which for inexperienced "motorhomers" was fantastic. COVID has presented us with a strange world, but I am more than satisfied with the procedures and diligence Magical Motorhome Hire have in place to ensure their customers are safe. Everything was immaculately clean and as described, which in todays world is a welcome surprise. I would highly recommend using them if you are reading this review as they are not a national company operating a fleet of disposable campers, and you can tell they take pride in their business. I genuinely won't book anywhere else next time we choose to hire as they have given me no reason to. Pricing is fair and transparent, and you're not dealing with a corporate machine, just two normal genuine people. Thank you for the great experience and I genuinely look forward to booking with you again.

  We have just rented the motorhome for our holiday to Cornwall. The motorhome was very smooth to drive and very good on mileage. The owners were excellent and communication was amazing. The motorhome itself is very spacious and was very clean. It contains everything you will need for a motorhome holiday. We would definitely recommend this company and are planning to use them again ourselves in the future.

  We used there motohome for a week in August down newquay and torquay and our family loved it it was immaculate inside and out their service is so easy to book no hidden fees and is excellent value for money it is the cheapest place around with a 5 star service and they have fantastic communication and service we will be using magical motorhome hire ltd again as thy make it feel magical. We will be using their services agen and agen roll on the next holiday with them as we did not want to give it back 🚐🚐🚐😀😀😀

  FANTASTIC!!!! Rachel and Luke’s motorhome is only 6months old but is still like it’s just left the showroom, absolutely spotless. Little extra touches like outdoor chairs and table to coffee and tea bags put in the van along with it being fully kitted out with every kitchen utensil you need, we even made a Sunday roast. From arranging payment and collecting the motorhome to arranging a drop off time, Rachel and Luke are very accommodating and nothing was a problem, very very helpful. We went all over Scotland and onto the small islands and the van was fantastic, very comfortable on motorways (cruise control was fantastic) to going up and down the small steep roads of the highlands. All in all we can not fault the whole experience enough, highly recommended Tommy and Lisa

  1st Motorhome trip! Large motorhome, plenty of space for the group of 5 we took to the South of England. It is almost brand new so its of course in fantastic condition, cleaned thoroughly and very easy to drive and with all the amenities you could wish for. The instructions for collection and drop off were very clear and stress fee, overall a fantastic trip at good value. Will return for another trip next year.

  (Translated by Google) Because we wanted a completely different holiday, we rented this camper and toured southern England with it for 2 weeks. It is rented out by a family who also travel with it themselves, so they ensure that the camper is neat and complete. We rented it through GoBoony, but you can also rent it directly from Magical Motorhome. The camper was in tip-top order (almost new, by the way) and equipped with all comforts. It has 6 sleeping places. We were four of us and then it is really spacious. Both the ready-made bed above the cabin and the bed that you create in the back in an instant are really spacious. The landlords are friendly people and communication was smooth and good. Both before and during the trip. There were plenty of instructions available plus the necessary checklists (we had never driven a camper so that was very handy). In the UK, most insurers require that the deposit be paid in cash to the landlord. These landlords had arranged that this was done via a credit card reservation that was canceled afterwards. So we didn't have to transfer a deposit and we didn't have to cross the street with an envelope with money. Was really well arranged. If we want to go on a road trip in the UK again with a motorhome, we will definitely call owners Luke and Rachel again! (Original) Omdat we een keer een hele andere vakantie wilden hebben we deze camper gehuurd en daar 2 weken mee door zuid-Engeland getoerd. Hij wordt verhuurd door een gezin dat er zelf ook mee op pad gaat, dus ze zorgen dat de camper netjes en compleet is. Wij huurden hem via GoBoony, maar je kan hem ook rechtstreeks bij Magical Motorhome huren. De camper was tip top in orde (vrijwel nieuw overigens) en voorzien van alle gemakken. Hij is beschikt over 6 slaapplaatsen. Wij waren met zijn vieren en dan is hij echt riant. Zowel het kant en klare bed boven de cabine als het bed dat je achterin in een handomdraai creëert zijn echt ruim. De verhuurders zijn vriendelijke mensen en de communicatie liep soepel en goed. Zowel vooraf als tijdens de reis. Er waren volop instructies aanwezig plus de nodige checklists (wij hadden nog nooit een camper gereden dus dat was erg handig). In de UK eisen de meeste verzekeraars dat de borg contant moet worden voldaan aan de verhuurder. Deze verhuurders hadden geregeld dat dat via een creditcard reservering liep die na afloop weer werd opgeheven. We hebben dus geen borg hoeven overmaken en ook niet met een envelop met geld over straat gehoeven. Was echt goed geregeld. Als we nog eens in de UK op pad willen met een camper, zullen we eigenaren Luke en Rachel zeker weer bellen!
