Booked appointment by phone for week ahead but on day was able to attend to us much earlier on day than planned, Sorted out our Truma boiler issue, checking very diligently that fault was cleared. Well worth the 82 mile round trip, we will be having our habitation check at Magic Motorhome in future despite distance. Very friendly and efficient people, thoroughly recommend. Service: Electrical

Unfortunately we found Andy unreliable. Never turned up even though I spoke to him and booked in the job and followed his instructions to the book. When I WhatsApp Andy to confirm time of arrival the message was read but no reply. I waited in from 8am until 16.30 with another phone call in between with no answer so had to get my caravan back to the storage area before dark.Andy did ring back but far to late to do anything and i decided to go elsewhere. Overall a bit of communication could have easily resolved this waste of my day🤷♂️.
