Always used this company and have been great but the last few times, I’ve waited ages and ages for my delivery, I have emailed several times due to making a mistake to see if it can be sorted before dispatched and haven’t heard anything back, I have contacted them on the website chat and still nothing.

I have to say my experience with Magic CLP was exceptional. A few months ago I bought some labels that never arrived due to me mistakingly ordering to a old address. Magic CLP then reached out and did everything they could to make sure it then came to the correct address. I found them pleasant and extremely attentive. Not had that level of customer service in a long time from other companies well done to them!
