EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very professional staff! My friend recommended Maggie Lo Catering saying the girls are really good, so I went to purchase a 9 kw electric fryer to replace my old 6 kw one, and been told that I have to get a commercial electrician to do a site survey, making sure that I have enough supply, otherwise for any commercial equipment, there will be 25% re-stocking charge for return or exchange. I believe you wont receive these kinda service from any other online shops or any other retail shops. Luckily I took their recommendation and purchased the correct equipment. Thanks so much Maggie Lo Catering, for looking after your customer so well!

Poor customers service, I has been bought the rice cooker after 3 weeks later. Rice cooker not working, I has been call them, the lady said "can't be refund and can't do anything about this", I'm said "are you able fixed it for me" then she said" I don't thinks so because only you the Rice cooker not working." POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE VILE NEVER COME BACK AGAIN
