HAD A WHOLE IN MY CEILING SINCE BEFORE XMAS DUE TO A LEAK ON A HEATING PIPE.....GETTING SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND EVEN HAVE A LOOK WAS HARD ENOUGH... THEN MAGENTA SAY NO ITS NOTHIN TO DO WITH US BUT YOU CANT USE YOUR HEATING ITS CADENT,..... CADENT SAY NO ITS MAGENTA... MAGENTA FINALLY COME OUT(AFTER NO HEATING FOR 20DAYS) A FEW DAYS BEFORE XMAS AND TAKE THE CEILING DOWN TO FIX THE LEAK... OH A PLASTERER WILL BE BACK IN 2-3 DAYS TO REPAIR THE CEILING... NEVER ARIVED..... CALLED MAGENTA TO SEE WHATS GOIN ON... NO RECORDS... BUT A PLASTERER IS BOOKED ON THE CALL, HE'LL ATTEND 7TH FEB ALL DAY APT..... BOOK THE DAY OFF WORK AND WAIT IN FOR MR PLASTERER... HEY PRESTO.... HE DIDNT ARRIVE. ABSOLUTE SHAMBOLIC!!!!!!
