The service offered by dignipets was wonderful. Dignipets vet Donna came to our home, she was so understanding. We did not feel rushed at all, our beloved dog Amber was fast asleep and settled in her bed throughout the time Donna was with us. It was so wonderful to be able to day goodbye to our elderly dog Amber without her feeling any anxiety or upset. A fantastic much needed service that I would highly recommend. Thank you Dignipets.

Honestly this company are amazing. From the first phone call I knew we had found the right people. Compassionate sensitive and everything was done at our pace. I wasn't sure if it was time. I was reassured and told the time WAS near. Unlike our vets who just wanted to put her to sleep. We were talked through everything and when the time arrived Donna was our angel. She took time beforehand, payed our other dog the attention she needed. No rush, calm and steady at blacks pace. Treatment was better than what us humans sometime get! Blackie was peaceful and calm, never distressed. Totally grateful for that. Obviously it cost more than the vets but to be at home was the familiarity Blackie needed. Taking her to the pet crematorium was also helpful.. Thank you 2000% recommended Donna and Steve

We have nothing but praise and admiration for Dignipets. We had to make the heart breaking decision everyone dreads to say 'goodbye' to our beloved 14 year old, German Shepherd, Rogue on Monday, 21st November. The vet, Donna was so kind, caring and compassionate helping us through the most difficult of days. Rogue was at home, comfortable, in familiar surroundings with everyone with her who loved her and we got to say 'goodbye' in the dignified way she deserved. We would recommend Dignipets in a heartbeat to anyone who is in a similar difficult situation to us.

I can't thank Donna enough for her calm, patient nature and for explaining the whole process before, during and after the incredibly peaceful passing of our beloved elderly pooch. The amount of care, respect and dignity given to our dog, myself and partner couldn't have been better. The loss is hard, but the relief that the last moments were so perfect makes the pain so much easier. My anxieties about our dog being a little 'antisocial' to vets were put at ease as soon as Donna began interacting with him. Thank you so much for a peaceful passing. I can't recommend you enough.
