I received two one-to-one sessions at Mae Ceramics as a gift and it was honestly the best present ever. I've only been throwing for 5 months and Lilly was so helpful in giving important advice and tips to push me forward in my work. I couldn't recommend her workshops enough and I'd love to come back some time with some friends to do a group hand building session.

Couldn't recommend Lilly's workshops more! We surprised a friend for her birthday and Lilly was so warm and welcoming to us - the time truly flew by and our friend was totally chuffed. We'd love to come back and learn more with her again and adore the pieces we made.

So much fun!! Whilst visiting the UK, I had two private sessions at Mae Ceramics and I thoroughly enjoyed every second. I am a complete beginner and it was my first time throwing and trimming on the wheel. Having one-on-one guidance and support was a great way to learn the basic techniques. The studio is a beautiful peaceful space with a warm friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much to Lilly for all her patience, encouragement and fun chats. I can't wait to go back home and practice everything I learnt. Also very excited to see how my pieces come out. I would highly recommend Mae Ceramics, it was such a lovely experience!

A great afternoon with Lilly! She's a brilliant ceramicist, so it was really nice to hear about her pieces and how she works. During the workshop Lilly gives loads of great tips for finding your own style or experimenting. We hope to go back for another workshop soon

I absolutely loved going for my one on one, wheel throwing sessions with Lily. She is a great teacher and ceramicist and will endeavour to make you feel comfortable learning new techniques. I received my first sessions as a gift, and as a complete beginner. I enjoyed it so much I booked 4 more. I can’t wait to go back. Also, the objects she makes are so beautifully stylish so nice to see them at different stages of process. Long live pottery and Mae Ceramics!
