Great location and amenities however there are huge problems with homeless people breaking into the building, sleeping there, smoking in the building, etc. This happens pretty much on a daily basis. Any parcels delivered to the building are stolen and despite a camera in the post room, the building staff do nothing to address the regular thefts. Some entrance doors are kicked in on a weekly basis - not sure why they don't hire security as I'm sure this would be a similar cost to having to regularly fix the doors. Building is located close to the city centre and a short walk from New Street station, but it is not in a particularly safe area. Not a place I would recommend to live alone or to bring up a family. Amenities in the apartments include a washing machine, dishwasher and shower/bath. Washing machines are boxed under the kitchen worktops and rattle the whole apartment when in use. Not well thought out when designing the apartments as it sounds like someone is hammering at your door when a neighbour is using their washing machine.
