I went to this store to buy a Galaxy Z Fold 3. Got it at a bargain price which I was happy about. A month later the phone started behaving funny. The phone would go into standby mode and for the life of me I would not be able to wake the phone. Pressing the power button you could hear the lock and unlocking sounds but the screen would remain unresponsive. I have since been contacted by the manager of the store who invited me to the shop and exchanged the phone. Thank you for reaching out to me.
