First time we used any kennels and we was recommended this one. After only 3 nights and 4 days my poor boy came out “ vets words “ severely dehydrated.. battered liver . Very under weight, terrified, deep cuts to mouth and nose … but all staff said he was fine and eating well.. after £350 in vet bills getting my pride and joy back to half way normal I would tell any dog lover to avoid this poorly run circus of a kennels .. should be 0 stars

It's our first time using Edial, we took our little puppy Saffi, I only say they were extremely friendly, professional and very welcoming. You can tell your dog is been well and truly looked after, we can't thank you all and everyone involved enough. We were so pleased we booked for May and August.
