Been using harlow Kebab regularly for years - sadly they got an order very wrong (I’ve let few things slip before without moaning ) however they got the drinks wrong , ignored request of no onion in the salad and also the note to not put the salad inside the burgers nor the sauce . I complained promptly and was told by the lady I had two options - resend correct food or get a discount the next time I order . We decided on the discount and i was told to call up not order online (like i normally do ) Amd they will have it on record . A family birthday came up so we decided to place a large order only to be told there was no record of the complaint/discount like the lady had promised . For this I will not be using them again nor recommending to friends and family . We felt very let down and scammed considering. we have been regular loyal customers for years and spent a lot of money on collections and deliveries .
