Ordered an item on 26th April for a christening on 7th May. I left two phone messsges which remained unanswered. Finally used their online messaging service and they said it was posted but still didn’t arrived until 17th May. There were two bank holidays and not counting them, it took 13 working days to receive the item, 3 weeks in total. On the website it says 7-days lead time. Would never use this company again. Appalling customer service.

I ordered a hoop name sign (30cm) for my daughter's first birthday. Delivery was on time. It was beautiful but kinda came smaller (around 27cm) so, I asked them about it, they responded immediately and sent me a new one within 2 days which was bigger (about 33.5cm). Honestly, I wasn't expecting that! Truly greatful for your service. Thank you so much Made Yours.
