I ordered a water colour print in frame. It has arrived looking more water damaged than a water colour. I have been told the amount of pixels were to blame. I'm not a pixel expert. If photo was wrong size then I should have been told before payment. I have ordered many times and have always been very satisfied but today I was left in tears at what arrived. I'm now left with no present for person it was intended for!!!

Pretty poor quality signs and poor customer service. Printed ink has bled over the sign, its for outdoor use but the ink on plastic doesn't looks like it will last a season. Amended order within 5 mins of sending but apparently unable to change the order. Would ask for refund if one were available
