Was walking through Epping High street on Saturday around 4:30 and three of the staff was poking their heads out of the shop and making fun of people sitting at the Starbucks next door, The older lady was called a c**t by one of the blonde haired staff. Not sure why they was laughing at the starbucks customers. But didn't really seem professional conduct and certainly if it was my business then I would want to give of a bit more of a classier image. From a customers point of view (which I am not and would never be after seeing this) that kind of behaviour would certainly make me at unease and I'd have to wonder if I was next for a roasting. Very disappointing for a local business in a polite, friendly community like Epping.

Had some tape in hair extensions fitted with Lauren, and she did an amazing job at making sure they can't be seen when I put my hair up in a ponytail. Was also a very quick process! Will definitely be going back to them them refitted.
