    Great service. Ignore all the negative comments about rudeness. Just because somebody is to the point, doesn’t mean they’re rude. Very happy with the service from start to finish. The measuring of my slightly wonky large Victorian window was spot on and the installation bang on.

    A lovely local business with a great selection of fabric. Kay in the shop is very knowledgable and gave great advice. Rory who measured up and fitted my curtains and blinds took a lot of pride in the job, making sure everything lined up perfectly. Although online places might be cheaper, I’m glad I got this local business to make sure my window was dressed so well.

    Very poor service. Arranged for blinds to be measured, was given a timeslot of 5pm - 6pm. They turned up 2 hours early when I was not in because they wanted to go home. Said would return at 3pm next day but didn't. When I called the shop they advised it was their day off. Owner of the shop couldn't have been less interested. Will go elsewhere.

    This has been a dreadful experience and outcome. They incorrectly measured the bay window curtain rail, left it a month before telling us, then came round to re-measure leaving unnecessary marks on our newly painted ceiling. When it came to fitting the rail (another two weeks later), they incorrectly drilled holes in the ceiling, filled the holes in messily and fitted our rail off centre with the cord pull mechanism drilled in wonky and off-angle. We've just called to ask them to fix the problem and they're conveniently 'booked until after Christmas'! Of course, they now have our money! Our rail is supposedly meant to be a 'rolls royce' quality, but is certainly isn't. Don't waste your time or money with these people - they act friendly but don't deliver.

    Spent £600 on blinds only for two to break within a month. Took ages and much chasing to be replaced only for them to break again. Same process again. Avoid and never deal with this company

    I pulled off part of the childsafe cord on my blinds and was unable to fix it myself. Went in to see Kay and she fixed up for a very helpful man to come round and fix it within a matter of days, Didn't take him long because of course he knew how it worked. No charge. Fantastic. Thanks very much.

Kay was so helpful in terms of narrowing down the vast choice so we weren’t overwhelmed, and David was super-efficient and gave very helpful advice when he came to measure.

    I had a Silent Gliss track fitted to a bay window which is crooked, 2cm out on one side. Phone texts to the fitter and phone calls to the shop have not been answered although the fitter was supposed to be here today to straighten the track. Can’t get any response. Will continue posting reviews while the problem lasts.
