I rate this place. I live in Manchester and rang them up to request advice and quote for my uncle’s property (in Oakwood near Southgate). They were friendly and emailed me promptly with rough outline of prices based on approx measurements I gave them. They came and measured up when they said they would and have replied promptly to email enquires. The curtain replacement is on hold for now as my uncle recently confirmed as needing to permanently be in care home. If we put new curtains in to help the flat sell I will use these guys - they have been brilliant and just what I needed!

Last weekend I passed by m2m and asked if they could fix/replace my roller blind cords, which had disappeared into the roller tube. They said it wasn't something they normally do but would take a look. So took the roller blind in today and they replaced the entire cord assembly within 30 minutes. They were friendly, offered great advice at a charitable price. Definitely worth a visit if you have issues with blinds etc.

Used on recommendation from my sister. Ordered net curtains for our whole house. Took my window measurements and the shop assistant advised me as to the measurements I needed. Told it would take 2 weeks but they were ready a week later. Very happy with how they look. Will be returning for thicker outer curtains very soon.

The blinders themselves are okay. You get what you pay spanning from entry level to premium. However, the fitter scratched entirely a piece of furniture laying on it his tools and the company is entirely refusing to acknowledge it and, at the very least proposing a compensation. ———- To reply to the business: I know it scratches easily because it happened to me in the past and if you would have accepted to come and see for yourself the damage I made in the past and the one caused by your fitter you would have realized that I am right. However the owner refused to send anyone to check the damage. If a surface is delicate, moving a cardboard on it with heavy tools it inevitably scratches the surface. It’s a shame seeing how a customer genuine complain gets turned around making me a chancer. It wouldn’t have required more than normal customer service to treat it amicably. But I have been left no choice than complain on here. Do not expect anything more than a basic service.

Great service and after service, in fact David just came back to fix a small issue on one of my rails. (5 years in)Would definitely recommend them.
