Alhamdulillah We went to perform umrah in August 2022with my family. Masha Allah brother Asif amazing tour guides. In fact they were like family,due to the way they treated us. We were educated from the start of our holy journey until the end, they made it a memorable one for us. A very organised and professional company. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Avoid. Day light robbery. Hotels are cheap as they get in exchange for the money you give, I can only imagine is to line their own pockets. The tour guide for the umrah trip was non existent and quintessentially absent throughout the whole trip. A Diabolical service. Money grabbers, avoid like the plague. Just for reference I paid £400 less for my first umrah trip with a different tour provider and received a 5 star hotel with all inclusive buffet breakfast, you will not only PAY MORE with madani tours but are guaranteed to be a recipient of a grossly underestimated experience. The hotel is undesirable and distasteful, no buffet and we paid extra £350 for a quad which was basically a double room crammed with 4 dingey beds. I strongly advise to fish around before you settle for madani tours!!! There is no tour, you pay and make do with what you've been given, a poor, inadequate unsatisfactory service with dire conditions.

Poor service. Untrustworthy as was promised 5 starts Hotels and received 3-4 starts hotels. Transport was promised, however we were asked to ‘chip in’ for transport. Unfair package prices as some were charged very low prices. Overall misleading information was provided !

I have travelled with Madani Tours & Travel quite a few times, have to say i'm always impressed by the professional service provided. My last visit with them was to Al Aqsa and it was very well organised, everything was taken care of, so that we could reap the benefits of Al Aqsa .
