Where do I start? Absolutely rubbish. I had to wait a week to drop my mini off to have the sunroof repaired, I thought it was a good sign that I had to wait as they must be busy and therefore reputable. However it turns out they are just lazy, I had to phone up 5 days after dropping it off to hear anything from them and got told that I would be rung back in a couple of hours - as they hadn't even diagnosed the problem after 5 days yet! Then I got told they can't mend the sunroof and sent me packing to another garage. How a mini specialist can't mend everything to do with a mini is beyond me - he said they specialise in "diagnosis" - no point if you can't then fix the problem. Got charged £72 for a diagnostic of two sentences with multiple spelling mistakes in. Rip off. Avoid at all costs and save your money! Definitely not "specialists" Service: Vehicle Inspection

I’ve been using mad4mini for the past couple of years now on both my 16 year old cooper S and my partners much newer countryman. Thought I’d take the time to write a review for the recent clutch replacement work just carried out. Picked the car up yesterday after the clutch was replaced and shortly after noticed the gear selection wasn’t quite what it should be. Dropped it back down this morning with the problem quickly identified as the slave cylinder… Mad4Mini replaced this at no extra cost to myself. Now, keep in mind that this car is 16 years old…this old slave cylinder had clearly failed not as a result of getting a new clutch, but after being disturbed after all that time in situ. I think this goes above and beyond. Would a main dealer offer this kind of service? I think they’d have stung me for more work personally. Things don’t always go to plan. What separates the wheat from the chaff is how these unexpected events are handled and Mad4Mini really delivered here. Really happy with these guys. I contacted the guys at Mad4Mini when my 2012 Cooper S wasn’t blowing warm air and had emulsified oil in the oil filler cap. Despite fearing an expensive repair Richard and the guys put my mind at rest, checked and repaired my car at a really reasonable cost. I’ll only be going here for anything to do with my car from now on.
