Mad about horror are a very dishonest company, I ordered the neca lifesize chucky and Tiffany in August 2019 and it said on there website if I ordered in August I'd get the dolls for 449.95 but if I ordered after August the price would be 489.95, so I ordered in August to get the 449.95 price, but then when they got the dolls in stock may 2023 they said they where going to charge me 539.95 for the Tiffany and 554.70 for the chucky. I told them I should have been informed this much sooner, and they said they emailed everyone and I must have slipped between the cracks? And that they had cancelled everyone's order?? and refunded everyone and again I must have slipped between the cracks, yet when I spoke to another member of staff they said they raised the prices to mach inflation, so they added over £200 extra to the agreed price, and told me if I was not happy just to cancel the order, if they had told me they were going to pull this scam sooner, I would have ordered from someone else, I personally will NEVER pre order with them again, so the £200 they scammed off me they will loose in further sales they won't have from me. This year I will be ordered my tots pizza face head and tots tommy head from someone else, I know they will not be bothered by loosing 1 loyal customer but if they keep using these underhanded tactics they will gain a bad reputation.

I have used Mad about Horror for the last few years for my halloween decorations and Anmatonics. I have been extremely pleased and thrilled with the items i have purchased and with the level of smoothness of transaction with this company. I have recently purchased the jack in the box Anmatonic which was delivered quickly' well packaged and great communication and tracking. The item itself is more amazing in person ' great quality and detail, easy to assemble with clear instructions provided..i rate the items so far recieved with 5 stars and highly recommend this company for all your halloween needs
