They don't do what they advertise. Unhelpful, not at all sympathetic. Untrained people trying to give advice. I will never donate or support them in any way. Hate seeing any of their posters/adverts.

My family suffered the loss of my dad 11 years ago and McMillan were useless in our time of need. They blurted out in front of my young daughter that my dad had terminal cancer and they could not be contacted when we needed them. I will never support them. When I see their expensive tv advertising it brings it all back, I have to turn the channel over. The most awful experience of my life!

Every time I see your adverts on TV reminds me of what happened to my family and I 7 years ago. Useless ! Uncaring ! Inhumanity was the experience! I sincerely hope you have changed.

Don't offer help and support so I won't be supporting Macmillan in the future.

Being able to afford to spend huge amounts of our money on their latest TV Adverts, Macmillan Cancer Support has made it quite clear to all its donors that it does not need our money anymore.
