Mitsubishi failed to notify me of a safety recall. After rebooking somewhere else for the repair Macklin called me twice a day for four days chasing the original appointment despite me telling multiple representatives it was cancelled. Each rep spoke to me extremely rudely on the phone when it is clear their internal Comms and booking systems are not fit for purpose.

This will be my first time and last time using this dealership. Booked a service via bookymygarage and dealership charged me more than price I was quoted for on BMG. They promised to give a free wash and vac, upon collection this wasn't done and the car was still dirty, I asked them why - no answer, then they claim to wash it but I have photos and car is still dirty and looks like it was only hosed with water. Also screenwash not refilled by Fraser to max even though I paid for a full service. All-in-all, I do not recommend, technically dishonest by not carrying out a full service and only interested in taking your money for the repairs which they find in a service. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.
