Great classes run by a friendly group of guys. I struggle with verbal instructions and they’re so patience with showing moves more than once if you need it which is fantastic. Also, I (an adult with no children) was especially impressed with the their policy on the children not leaving the premises until the team had seen the responsible adult that was collecting them

You will have a fantastic teaching team behind you with there vast knowledge of martial arts . My Two boys have attended classes since they were 4 years old and they have had amazing experience going through belt ranks knowing they have earned each and every one of them . It has taught them through hard work they can achieve anything . M.A.C.K . Kickboxing is the best martial school in the Midlands .

I’ve been with the club since the beginning, achieving the grade of 2nd Dan Black Belt and now train with my daughter who is loving every session and is currently a yellow belt. A fantastic, friendly, professional club that is a major part of my life and has really helped me recently with my mental health troubles. I really couldn’t recommend it enough. Get fit, learn the art and become a champion. Great for every age and ability level.
