Unbelievably poor , the service is non existent, ordered a expensive work light , paid for it and was told to expect a call, the call never came , after a month, yes a month I go in and am greated with blank looks and nobody can help, I ask for a refund , I'm told they dont have enough money on site 🙄, they are gonna call me when they have the cash, 10 mins before they close I get the call, I'd never make it so arranged to go in the morning, I arrived when they were meant to be open , they opened over half HR late , manager thought it was funny he couldn't find keys .........I honestly couldn't believe it, avoid at all cost, got a better light through Amazon, next day delivery, it's a no brainer........

Always enjoy a trip to Machine Mart, love looking at the tools and machines on offer. Always great service by friendly people. My only gripe and it's a small one is the locations of the stores, and I've been to a few different ones, which are usually difficult for parking. Now if they were on retail parks...........
