I am in tool heaven And they have amazing customer service! Even these days women get talked down too in environments like a tool shop - NOT the case in Machine Mart! I was listened to and respected, I had a issue with a heater, I was kept up to date by Paul as he said he would, (not fobbed off) a replacement heater was quickly bought over from a other store, nothing was too much trouble. Much appreciated will be back very soon
