The hotel needs some personal touches, It is very plain and scruffy on edges which is not something you expect to see for the price. However the staff and location are lovely. Plenty of parking also. The Spa is okay, the pool area is basic but clean however the sauna and gym are very small. The food in the restaurant is lovely but very expensive, as are the drinks. Doesn't seem much need for them to charge this much.

Whilst all the staff were very friendly and very good at their jobs at times the service was slow on the bars and with only 1 server at breakfast when something ran out they had to go to the kitchen leaving their posts to order more. Food & drinks: Due the fact it was a captive audience the prices were exceptionally high.

Wow what a fabulous time from start to finish. We really did have a fabulous girlie spa night away. The rooms were lovely, beds super comfy and pillows were lush. Food was spot on, staff were so friendly and helpful - we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Georgia who did my back massage was absolutely amazing. Rooms: Lovely room with opening doors to a patio overlooking the gorgeous golf course
