The rooms are a bit dated tbh but bathroom is modern with powerful shower. Bed really comfy. My room was at the front so I heard all the station announcements but that didn’t bother me, I still slept. Great position in the city. Front desk really helpful and friendly. Walkability: Literally opposite New Street station.

Lovely and charming hotel in Birmingham! I accidentally made the reservation for a different date and Helen immediately found us a solution. We were very tired from our trip and finding a welcoming staff, and a gentle person like her has really made our day and stay at the Burlington.
