Wow Audi Macclesfield is a shambles don’t even bother wasting your money with them. I have been waiting for a £500 deposit to be refunded to me for over a month now, every time I try and email them they blame someone in a different department, and say they will forward it on. I’ve been waiting over 4 weeks now. They have no communication and quite frankly do not seem bothered about their customer service.

Really disappointed with the treatment we've received from both Stockport and Macclesfield Audi. We've been messed around for over a year whilst an issue that should have been fixed in warranty is postponed, cancelled, excuses given etc. I've turned up multiple times just to be turned away and told the work can't be carried out. The communication has been terrible, in some cases to a level where it’s clear the staff don't want to follow up on the matter and are hoping we will just stop asking. I no longer associate Audi with professionalism, support and integrity that you would expect when buying from an official vendor. Audi are not fulfilling their obligation to fix the issue under terms of warranty. I hope that management sees this review and rectifies the situation. EDIT: As a follow up to this, I emailed the below the same day the response was posted, and have heard nothing since. Don't be fooled that the company has done anything to fix the situation!

He was quick to solve any issues and even arranged for my car to be collected and delivered while the work was carried out. Very pleased that the dealership managed to fit us in at very short notice to quick-fix an issue with the car, then booked in very soon thereafter for a full repair. The technical aspects were done perfectly, as always. The star of the show, though, was the way that Esther took control of the situation, sorted everything out and managed to turn what was initially a fairly major irritation into a positive example of making the customer feel valued and important.
