Sheer incompetence. Ordered a skip, requested a specific day and was told the skip would definitely be there. Didn't arrive, so I called and was told 'oh it was booked in three days later than you requested'. I requested a cancellation and refund. The lady sounded baffled and said' refund for what'? I said that I had already paid for the skip by card over the phone with the lady I spoke to last week. After keeping me on hold, she told me she couldn't find the booking details, nor evidence of payment! She did however call back and issue a refund. Avoid this business if you are having building work done to a tight schedule; don't believe any of their promises to deliver on time!
