Amazing customer service - with special mention for sales consultant Luca Mackie, very knowledgable about products and enabled us to make a significant purchase with confidence. We arrived close to closing time, after a hour long delayed journey to get there, but he told us not to worry, to take our time, explore options and ask questions - we couldn't be ushered out of the store at closing time. He was also able to offer us a great price, including a special offer we were not aware off, and gave us peace of mind that help and advice is always available at the other end of the phone. His two colleagues also stayed behind after hours to help with questions. Top service all around. Forget five stars. Let's give them 10! We'll definitely be back to Wex in Leeds. G
