George and the team at MA Polishing are one of the rare firms that make their money the old fashioned way - they EARN it! They took on a project for me - helping me restore some damaged vintage audio equipment made of aluminium - and went out of their way to treat me as if I was a proper customer making a six figure order. The quality of the work was of an equally high standard as their professionalism in operation and kindness in communication - without peer in my near term memory. What a fantastic service! We wanted our brass front door furniture polished up and MA Polishing didn't disappoint. Friendly, professional, helpful and efficient, they were a joy to deal with and the result is stunning - our brass looks as good as new. We recently engaged MA Polishing LTD to restore an antique fire guard. The fire guard was in poor shape after centuries of neglect. It included marks and imperfections we believed to be permanent. However, within a week of MA Polishing LTD having this piece, we received images highlighting the update on restoration. All of the marks were gone and the entire piece was shining as if it was produced yesterday. We are beyond impressed with the quality of workmanship displayed on this project. I contacted MA Polishing initially by email and received a very prompt reply from George that set the tone for my experience with them. Although mine was a small order, but time sensitive, throughout the whole experience their level of customer service was fantastic and their advise and attention to detail enabled us to work together to ensure an excellent finish in quick time. All the people I interacted with were highly professional and clearly offering a great service runs through the whole team but I would offer special praise to George Beach who was outstanding and a credit to the business.
