Disgraceful that you wont waver charges for people helping out in water disruptions in Sheppey. How community spirited!! But you will judge each situation in it's own merit. What a high maintenance company, who were supposed to be assisting the local community. You shouldn't have bothered, they might then have seeked to use facilities elsewhere that would not have such repercussions for volunteers and the like. What a great amount of effort to sort out, coupled with a negative image you have now projected.
