I rang and spoke to James to get his opinion on my wooden flooring after another company had made a mess of them! James gave me his advice over the phone and came round 2 days later, with his colleague Andy, to assess the floor in person. He put together a quote to rectify the work and wrote a report to send to my letting agent the same day. The letting agent agreed to use M60 Flooring to do the work at 8:40am on Tuesday and James and Andy arrived at the property 5 minutes later! They explained everything they were doing, and worked really quickly. The floor was fully completed by Wednesday at 8:45am. I can honestly say my flooring looks amazing, and we can't stop looking at it! We are so pleased with the work that has been done and will be recommending to everyone! Thank you for fixing my floor!!

James was really professional throughout when sanding 4 rooms for us. That were sanded and varnished within two days with minimal disruption. Rooms ready to use next day and no dust!! James said there would be a teacup of dust per room but it was less than an eggcup. I would highly recommend and indeed, already have. Much better thank hiring sander and diy
