Don’t waste money on this shop, they may keep your phone for long and at last your phone is not fixed but no refund. The screen of my phone was smashed but I checked that it still can function properly by connecting to an external monitor, so I decided to take it for a screen replacement instead of buying a new phone. This shop charged me £220 for replacing the smashed screen and got it done after one week, but my phone then became unable to detect any SIM card. They took my phone again to check for the issue. After two months, they said a device for detecting SIM card was broken and requested me to pay £300 more to get it fixed! Of course I won’t pay as I am sure it wasn’t broken before! Then I requested them to refund the £220 to me and return my phone with the original smashed screen. They refused, so at last I only can get back my phone with a new screen which is actually useless as it cannot detect any SIM card! Moreover, this shop is so dishonest that I wonder if they have made any other unexpected changes to my phone, so I don’t really feel safe to use it in any other way. £220 is totally wasted! Pls learn from my experience and don’t be the next unfortunate one.

My old Samsung Galaxy S5 would not complete the boot up cycle. The 02 shop where I bought it were of no help whatsoever. M6 repairs diagnosed the fault, downloaded new software and returned the phone the following day. I though the price charged was fair. I have been using the phone for several hours without a problem including switching off and rebooting. I am please with the repair and will recommend M6 Repairs Ltd.

SCAMMER ALERT! First the guy put a fake screen without mentioning anything, when confronted he replaced it with a faulty screen. Charged £160 for the task. It was not detected straightaway so we took the phone back next day and he refused to fix it or take responsibility for it. We took a water damaged iPhone 13 to this shop after reading the reviews. Total scam. Waste of money and time. Violation of trust. Caused stress.
