Our heating broke on Good Friday. Will responded and could come Tuesday late morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem that a previous engineer had overlooked. He got the parts Wednesday and fitted it that day staying late for us. We thought we would need a new boiler as problem was serious but Will serviced it and it works like a dream. Great experience from start to finish. I contacted Will about a Hive install for my elderly mum. Communication was great and after sending some phots over it was all sorted. On the day he called ahead to give a time slot, was bang on time and fitted it with no issues. He was even able to talk my 70 year old techno phobe mum through how to use it and she still raves about how patient he was with her. Cant recomend him enough and will defintley use again
